We have a bumper crop of herbs at the garden! I realized that they were growing so quickly that I couldn't find enough spots to give them away - and so I started to dry them and put them into jars. The first set of jars went to Martin de Porres for them to use in their kitchen. I'm looking for other ideas of where to give them away - so ideas are welcome. I'm hoping that the St. Mark's kitchen can use some - my friend Kris and I are drying herbs from that garden too. The other little crop coming along are the radishes - my first time planting those (from seed), and they are looking pretty good. (And how nice to have rain all week - no watering needed!)
