I managed to break my ankle, so I've had an unfortunately long hiatus from my beloved gardens. Many thanks to my dear friend Betsy Eddy who has been watering for me at Little Red Hen garden when it isn't raining, to my gardening sister Kris Iverson who keeps the St. Mark's Garden looking fabulous and fun, and to Golden Bridges School for watching over and loving the St. Aidan's container garden. Friends really do make the world go round. Today I felt good enough to do a small harvest and a tiny bit of weeding, promising the gardens that I will be back with more ability to "really" garden soon (I hope.) In thanks for gardens and our natural world and friends and rain....some Thanksgiving photos.
